Sadly can’t turn off rain/weather effects, would be great if you could. The tangle is a nightmare on steam deck. Using the old fan curve it sounds like a jet engine while traveling in the tangle. The sprawl and combats are fine at 30 fps though. I can usually get 60 fps but I cap to keep temps and battery use lower.
